The women of Eastern Europe will be the ones to watch for in this event, particularly MaryNa Bekh-Romanchuck of Ukraine and Nastassia Mironchyk-Ivanova of Belarus.
The Ukrainian is the current European Indoor Champion and Silver Medalist in Doha at the World Championships in 2019. She also placed 2nd at the European Championships in 2018 as well as 5th in the Tokyo Olympic Games.
Her Personal Bests are: 6.96 meters indoor and 6.93 meters outdoor.

The Belarusian is the Silver Medalist in the European Indoor Championships in 2019, but she has already jumped over 7 meters (with a jump 7.08 meters)!
Her indoor personal best is 6.93 meters. Besides these two, there will be more competition on the field with the American Quanesha Burks, who has already jumped 6.96, joining them on the runway.

From a regional perspective, Maelly Dalmat, the Frenchwoman who is licensed at Amiens UC will be in the competition as well. She placed 4th in the European U23 Championships in 2021.
